Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for an IT Security Project Manager.
About the job Model: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain (3 days a week) Duration: 12+ months Language: English (advanced) Start: ASAP is possible Recruitment process: 1 or 2 interviews The I&O Security, Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the delivery of IT Security projects globally.
Once assigned to a project, you will be the single point of contact for internal stakeholders on this project and may also act as an interface with external vendors.
You will be in charge of coordinating all the relevant internal or external contributors to deliver the service that will meet the business requirements.
The main purposes of this position are the following: Ensure successful service delivery of assigned projects adhering to best practice project management principles and aligning to organizational requirements for project management, including governance, reporting, and management of all required internal approvals.
Communicate appropriately around issues and opportunities – get things done, make things happen.
Remove all obstacles to timely and successful project delivery.
Develop the project stakeholder matrix and deliver appropriate communication and change management approaches for all identified stakeholders.
MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Act as a technical project manager on behalf of Global IT Security projects.
Coordinate the Managed Services Provider for project delivery.
Ensure the project is delivered on time and within the approved budget.
Coordinate third-party infrastructure supplier(s) that may be implicated in the project.
Coordinate and validate the project acceptance.
Ensure Operation transition.
Build service and project status reports.
Follow up if service delivery is not meeting expectations.
Work with the client and Operations and Process Management teams to identify service improvement activities.
Ensure excellence in Health & Safety (H&S) by providing visible leadership and driving for the execution of the basics of the H&S operating model and adherence to Group H&S standards and policies.
To assist in ensuring that the Infrastructure & Operations practices & processes are aligned with: Business objectives and priorities (Health & Safety, Communication, Distribution Model, Innovation, …).
The IT infrastructure standard and strategy.
Identity Management Systems.
Business Systems.
IT Security Policies and Directives.
Demand, Project Portfolio, and Finance Management Policies and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS Level of education/qualifications required: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
Additional certification in IT Security would be advantageous Project management certification.
Primary: PMP Secondary: SCRUM.
ITIL v3 certified.
Specific work experience: Experience of delivering global IT projects (preferably related to IT Security or Compliance in a global matrix organization) Experience working with offshore outsourcing organizations.
Experience in global roll-out management.
At least 5 years of experience in the domain (Project Management).
Technical / functional skills: Awareness of Operations role and constraints in a worldwide and outsourced IT organization.
Broad range of Understanding of Services in Cloud ( mandatory AWS , GCPand others are an asset) Broad range of understanding of Data Center shared infrastructure (Servers, SAN, Network optimization, Security equipment…) and associated technologies (Cisco UCS, VCE, EMC, HP…).
Broad range of understanding of ITIL, ITSM and industry best practices.
Broad range of understanding of management of Infrastructure Waterfall projects and implementation with Agile methodologies.
Ability to understand and deliver infrastructure services which are provided on a 24x7x365 basis.
Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
Broad range of understanding of Google Workspace (mail, calendar, drive, docs, etc).
