The IT Security Business Analyst will examine business processes within IT and the business and provide an external perspective, void of technology. This role reports to the Global IT Security Manager and will be in Asturias, Spain. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Gather and rationalize business processes creating swim lane and flow diagrams.Perform data field mapping and document how to map data flows within an application or business process.Test business processes and work with Security SME's to improve controls.Project Management for major Information Security projects.Assist with the deployment of designed mitigations based on business need and risk.Document Information Security processes and procedures.Create and/or improve existing technical documentation.Team member assisting with Global Information Security projects.Experience in Risk Management and its purpose within and organization.Maintain Risk Register for your functional area.DESIRABLEHigh level understanding of Risk Management.High level understanding of Identity Management.Understanding industry-based standards, such as ISO 27000, NIST 800 Series Special Publications, SOX and PCI.High level awareness of security services, such as Internet Content Filtering, Remote Access, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Virus Protection, AAA (including 2Factor), Digital Certificates and PKI.SKILLSAnalytical, Critical thinking, process mindset.Good Presentation skills.Customer focus mindset.Fluency in English is a must.POSTION REQUIREMENTS:Diploma, associate degree.Two or more years of experience as a Business Analyst.Some knowledge of Cyber Security related technologies.Our Company:Axalta has remained at the forefront of the coatings industry by continually investing in innovative solutions.
