Description:Job Purpose: The purpose of this position is to gather business requirements in the SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) area (projects, process improvements, tools, etc.)
and translate it to the internal team of developers proposing available solutions.
Act as a single point of contact to develop, manage, and enhance relationships with key business/function stakeholders, actively managing their expectations and satisfaction, ensuring demand generated is properly captured and channeled through the right decision-making processes.
Highlight/identify proactively opportunities and gaps in existing functionality and IT Services, reviewing requirements and ensuring relevant stakeholders are involved.
Able to make the translation from business process into technical and functional specifications for the execution team.
Develop project rationale, scoping assessments, and suitable architecture design to determine the feasibility of initiatives that will determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources to deploy solutions.
Coordinate and, in some cases, execute projects and enhancements in line with IT project methods and tools (describe problem, prepare solution, and execute system changes and tests).
Monitor and analyze incident, service requests, and problem management acting as an escalation point.
Ensure timely and complete communication towards business/functions on status and KPIs for running and planned cross-functional projects, initiatives, and services.
Coordinate and serve as a liaison with other cross-functional business and IT Teams.
Work with third-party vendors to evaluate proposals, deliverables, and roles.
Coordinate and conduct multi-country training sessions.
Safeguard satisfaction about services delivered, execute Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
Travel across Europe involved although it would not be more than 10%.
Qualifications and Skills:Education: Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering, preferably in IT.
Between 8 to 10 years of diverse experience and strong end-to-end business processes knowledge in the SCM.
Strong SAP experience and expertise in different SCM modules (MM, PP, WM, QM).
Valuable knowledge in SD and PM as well.
Ability to anticipate user needs before they arise and present solutions to management that encompasses issues at hand.
Drives for efficient results, has customer focus, and shows ownership of SLA performance.
Excellent interpersonal skills, positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
Excellent track record for meeting deadlines and submitting deliverables on time.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French would be an advantage).
High level of Proficiency in MS Office and Project Management tools.
Negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile & Scrum Management.
