Job Description Join Taxera Technologies, a forward-thinking Saas B2B company, as we expand our globally recognized Indirect Tax platform, developed on SAP BTP. Our platform, a vital tool for multinational corporations, handles a variety of indirect tax compliance responsibilities worldwide, including SAF-T, e-Invoicing, Continuous Transaction Controls, Tax Localization, and VAT Reporting. This sophisticated system is fully integrated with both SAP and non-SAP systems. In response to our rapid organizational growth, we are actively seeking a dynamic, hands-on SAP Finance Project Manager for a long-term position (permanent or contract-based).

THE ROLE Project Management: Define and execute projects at international and regional levels, managing various project phases, resources, stakeholders in both business and IT, and project risks.
Business-IT Balance: Analyze business requirements, effectively translate business needs into IT requirements, collaborate with suppliers and IT development, and oversee IT testing of solutions.
This position is a blend of IT project management and functional expertise in Finance/Tax, requiring a strong ability to balance IT and business needs. We are looking for a candidate who possesses both a solid understanding of finance and tax principles and the ability to translate these into effective IT solutions.
Project Leadership: Spearhead comprehensive projects for the implementation of the Taxera platform, both for global clients and internally, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
Best Practices and Methodologies: Implement industry-leading project management practices, including risk management, resource allocation, and project tracking.
SAP Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of SAP systems to guide decisions on the Taxera platform's configuration, customization, and projects with Clients.
Stakeholder Management and Communication: Consistently update management, stakeholders, and project teams on program status, milestones, and key performance indicators.
Project Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of significant or strategic projects from initiation to completion, focusing on opportunity management and closing.
Client Relationship Management: Ensure client satisfaction, aiming to establish positive customer references and success stories.
Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, contribute to knowledge bases, and share insights and learnings with the project management community.
YOUR PROFILE
The ideal candidate for the SAP Finance Project Manager role at Taxera Technologies should bring at least 5 years' hands on experience as SAP Project Manager coupled with a solid understanding of IT Finance principles. You excel in navigating complex IT and business landscapes, demonstrating exceptional leadership, communication skills, and the ability to drive innovative solutions in a dynamic, global environment. Fluent English only is required and you should be based in Spain.
