IT Risk Analyst focused on IT Governance Allianz Barcelona, Spain Posted 10 days ago Permanent Competitive The IT Risk Analyst plays a key role in supporting IT risk management activities within Allianz's operations.
This position requires a keen understanding of IT systems, risk management principles and frameworks, and regulatory requirements, including the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
Working closely with the Senior IT Risk Managers and other local stakeholders, the analyst will contribute to the continuous improvement of IT risk management processes, ensuring the robustness of Allianz's digital operational resilience.
What you do Stay current with emerging IT risks, trends, and technologies.
Assist in the development and maintenance of IT risk management policies, standards, and procedures.
Facilitate the integration of IT risk management practices into broader organizational governance frameworks.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT risk management framework and processes.
Participate in risk management training and awareness programs for staff.
Support the annual risk assessment testing process through active participation in the scoping, testing and reporting.
Support the Senior IT Risk Managers with administrational activities such as reporting, presentations, maintenance of documentation.
Support the review of the methodology and approach for Threat Analysis, actively participate in the threat analysis process and prepare content presentation reports to Sr.
IT Risk Managers.
Support the adherence of IT risk management practices to relevant regulations, including DORA and other external frameworks.

What you bring Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or similar certifications.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in IT risk management, IT audit, IT Consultancy, IT Advisory or a related field.
Strong understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity principles, and risk management frameworks.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as DORA and other relevant external regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in risk management tools and software is a plus.
