**Tu perfil**:
Main purpose of the** IT Release Manager Officer** will be to plan the release of new developments and coordinate it with cross-functional teams in order to ensure timely and successful deployments to various **SAP **environments.
**Roles/Responsibilities**
- Plan, schedule and coordinate the technology platform release activities across multiple SAP Production environments with the stakeholders; including project managers, development teams, BASIS, change management and service management teams.
- The size, scope and contents should be managed in each release.
- Improvements to be delivered should be planned and managed in the release.
- Ensure every component added, modified, or removed should be included prior deployment.
- Identify and mitigate potential issues and risks so the release happens in a controlled way.
**Execute**: Deployment management of functionalities to the live environment.
**Monitor and Control**: Ensure the process is followed and monitor activities during the release.
**Close**: End of release communication as well as follow-up on hypercare and post-release issues.
**General**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful technology platform releases.
- Management of releases ranging from small to very large.
- Maintain the documentation, release notes, known errors, user guides and scripts (instructions, steps) of the release.
- Post implementation review to support learning and improvement.
**Job requirements and qualifications**

- English fluent at negotiation level

- Minimum experience in technology or IT roles
- Minimum experience in multinational environments
- Experience leading and coordinating projects
**Desirable experience**:
- SAP S/4 HANA
- Hospitality sector

- Highly organized, attention to detail, communication level, efficiency, adaptable to change
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, self-motivated problem solver
**Minimum education**: - University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field. Valuable education: - Certifications on SAP, Agile, Kanban, Project Management, ITIL or related. - Master or MBA. - Office and Software project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence or related.
