We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic IT recruiter to work in one of our Clients' IT departments. The IT Recruiter works with a focused team, helping our clients to understand their challenges and responsibilities with respect to operational efficiency and technology as defined by managers and the business necessities.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding client needs to configure profiles that could meet their needs in IT departments.Review and analyze managers' necessities to propose recruitment solutions to fulfill their needs. Required QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience as an IT recruiter.Experience having dialogue with Business Managers and IT team leads.Special interest in Banking and Markets.Excellent writing and communication skills.Proficiency in English is required (It would be tested).
