Grafton is looking for a IT Recruiter profile to work with a leading global professional services company in different roles for Iberia market.

Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle , from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate with a multicultural team of sourcers mainly in Data & AI profiles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels , including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and hiring progress to stakeholders.
Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
Experience Proven experience as a recruiter , with at least 2 years of recruiting experience .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Spanish.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search procedures.
Creativity in creating engaging content and building relationships online.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
