Job Description
Support to the IT Project Manager in the organisation, coordination and leadership of the project team.
Participate in coordination and IT project progress meetings.
Produce IT project related documentation (e.g. initial draft of project briefs and end of project reports, meeting minutes, weekly status reports, project logs, registers, deviation reports, communication plans).
Coordinate, record and ensure quality compliance according to the Office's document control policies and standards.
Assist with monitoring the IT project timelines and update the IT project documentation according to changing circumstances.
Facilitate the escalation and distribution of the IT project information to the different stakeholders.
Help ensure that the IT project deliverables support the organisation's wider goals.
Support the identification, measuring and realisation of IT project benefits.
Support IT risks and issues management.
Provide ad hoc analysis and reports for DTD's senior management as needed.
Advise management on matters requiring attention and implement management decisions.
Provide administrative support to the IT project as required.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of project support experience for IT projects.
Experience in reporting.
Completion of secondary education
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to prepare and give presentations.
Ability to participate in multilingual meetings.
Good organisational skills. Responsible, self-organised, able to work to tight deadlines proactively in a team. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize and report.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies. Prince2 desirable.
Basic knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
Experience with the following tools would be desirable : Clarity PPM and / or JIRA (or equivalent).
Basic knowledge of cloud-based issue tracking and agile IT service management tools.
Proven ability to speak, write and read fluently in English (C1).
