Responsibilities: Execute and maintain project management processes and disciplines in the areas of:Management of project timelines and risk and issue mitigationManagement of human resourcesManagement of cost control, quality assurance, and communication oversightCollaborate closely with Product Delivery Managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to enhance user experience and optimize application performance.Manage a team of passionate and skilled professionals to deliver compelling and innovative features for our customers.Collect, prioritize, and document requirements aligned with business objectives.Forecast customer requirements and acquire industry insights into product development.Ensure the quality of innovative solutions and achieve the business vision.Foster an innovative culture by motivating team members to explore and advocate new methods and ideas aimed at enhancing product features.Collaborate with clients to discuss requirements and provide status updates.Lead and facilitate all scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.Requirements: 4 years of relevant project management experience required.Engaging with clients to comprehend their needs and requirements.Drafting Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) documents.Providing recommendations for technology frameworks and drafting solution definition documents.Planning, executing, and overseeing the complete software development lifecycle.Coordinating and overseeing all project stages to achieve timely completion.Collaborate closely with teams responsible for development, design, and quality assurance.Partner with stakeholders to outline and articulate definitive deliverables.Empower team members with clear roles and responsibilities.Lead and mentor the Scrum Team, promoting the use of Agile practices and principles.Lead the advancement and improvement of Agile methodologies within the organization.Fluent in Japanese language (speaking, reading, and writing kanji).Able to translate English to Japanese and vice versa.Very good communication skills; analytical and creative problem-solving skills.JLPT N1-N3 certification is preferred.Type of Employment: Contractor (gyomuitaku) / Fixed Term Employment (keiyakushain) / Remote
