.Omega CRM Consulting is looking for an IT Project Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.TasksTo support the project team (Business, IT, Country Users) with project related tasks by helping with operational, project and administrative supportAnalytical skills: observe, understand and collect results from interviews/surveys and make proposals on how to address the identified challengesAct as contact point for internal customers and leadershipOversight on-going surveys (quality of answers, prepare reports, etc.)Communication tasks: presenting, writing and preparing documentation for the projectWhen required, take over presentations and meetings from project teamSupport measuring the success of the project (define and monitor metrics, qualitative feedback from stakeholders, etc.)Support Training and Change ManagementExperienceThe person should be familiar with BI and/or the pharma industry. In particular, experience in Medical projects is a plus.Fluent in English, further languages are highly appreciated (Spanish is a plus)He/She will need to present at meetings, have intensive BI internal customer communication.Good communication & presentation skills. Proficient command of PowerPoint.Intercultural experience in international projectsExperience creating training materials and training conceptsExperience in IT project management (+5 years) and software development highly-desirable.Strong-drive, proactivity with focus in quality.
