It Project Manager - Strategic (F/M/D)

Your Tasks

Design and execute strategic project plans to align with business goals and foster innovation in IT projects.
Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of high-impact IT projects.
Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects to ensure successful outcomes.
Track project progress, address deviations from the plan, and apply necessary adjustments.
Provide clear and timely communication on project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
Promote continuous improvement in project management practices to boost efficiency and quality.

Your Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector with a history of successfully delivering strategic IT projects.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven leadership and team management skills for guiding cross-functional project teams.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques; familiarity with the Atlassian suite is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Additional qualifications such as a Master s degree or certifications in PMP / PM2 / Prince II / Agile are a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
