DescriptionJoin the Service Integration Team as an experienced Project management professional to support the growth of the Project management function and to deliver ServiceNow related projects within the Service Integration Portfolio.In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from various functions/business units to manage projects which align with business objectives and priorities.Key Job Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesLead end-to-end projects using waterfall and agile project methodologiesManage the projects, including budgeting, task prioritization, estimates, team allocation and timelines to ensure delivery on-timeTranslate business requirements into technical requirements and maintain dialogue with all stakeholdersDevelop and manage project plans to deliver project outcomes according to business valueFacilitate and coordinate communication with internal and external suppliers contributing to projectsIdentify and manage risks and issues, including escalationsCreate project status reportsEnsure adherence to Hitachi Energy delivery methodology, including project controls and gate modelManage project budgets and forecasts, control the project expenses and variationsSupport process improvements and promote best project management practicesSkills, Knowledge, and Abilities:Minimum 5+ years of professional working experience in area of IT Project ManagementPMP certification highly desirableExperience in implementing projects for ServiceNowUnderstanding of different Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile certifications (SCRUM PSM I, CSM) are welcomeUnderstanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts and DMAIC cycleGood knowledge of ITIL V3 and/or V4Highly proficient in project methodologies, including establishing way of working, processes, and management of reporting toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent people skills: team building and motivation, facilitation, and conflict resolution,Highly organized with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple concurrent projectsAbility to drive risk assessment and mitigation plansComfortable working in a matrixed organizationComfortable working with ambiguity and resistance to changeComfortable working with remote team members across multiple time zones#J-18808-Ljbffr
