We are looking for a Project Manager (PMO) with experience in the technology sector to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects in the digital field.
The ideal candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams both internally and with the client, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality standards of deliverables, with a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Additionally, they will be the key point of contact with client stakeholders, managing expectations, risks, and facilitating smooth communication for decision-making.

You'll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.
Your key responsibilities Implement and promote best practices in technology project management within the client's environment, optimizing resources, and ensuring alignment with the client's strategic objectives.Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.Knowledge and Understanding of Technology: Have a solid understanding of the technologies relevant to ongoing projects, including programming languages, software architectures, and agile methodologies.Lead Technological Projects: Plan and execute projects that include the implementation of cloud solutions, system migrations, custom software development, and integration of technological platforms.Coordinate and Supervise Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in collaboration with development, infrastructure, and support teams, ensuring that all members are aligned with the project objectives.Manage the Relationship with Key Stakeholders: Including the client's senior management, maintaining clear and effective communication.Identify, Manage, and Mitigate Risks: That may affect the project development, proposing timely solutions.Ensure Compliance with Milestones and Deliverables: Implementing best practices.Facilitate Strategic Decision-Making: Through clear analysis and recommendations based on project progress.Implement and Promote the Use of Agile and Traditional Methodologies (Scrum, PMI): According to the client's needs.Deliver Presentations on Project Status to Client Management: Ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Transform Information into Key Insights: For strategic decision-making by leaders and key stakeholders in the technological field and present it in the appropriate format.Skills and attributes for success Problem-solving and troubleshooting with an eye for detailsGood communication and presentation skillsExcellent command of English (written and spoken)To qualify for the role, you must have Education in engineering, business, economics, mathematics, statistics, physics, actuarial sciences.Experience in requirements gathering, functional definition, and integration projects.Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the banking sector.Proficiency in English.Ideally, you'll also have French or German is a plus.Adaptability to the environment, where sustained and sustainable growth of the firm and optimal solutions for client issues are prioritized.Participation in creating a good working environment.Strong communication and synthesis skills (very important), and initiative to work on them.Availability to travel.Participation in TRIMs, IMIs, or OSIs of credit risk for the supervisor.What we look for Increase the value of our technology and business consulting teams in order to provide better service to our clients and assist in digital transformation in a changing and dynamic environment.
