We are looking for a IT Project Manager to provide services to one of our clients, a multinational pharmaceutical company.
TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES: Define and document project scope, objectives, roadmaps, and desired outcomes. Monitor the project's overall progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective action as appropriate. Manage the project's budget. Manage stakeholder expectations. Allocate resources effectively. Ensure architectural coherence to the IT organization standards. Create project schedules and timelines. Unblock issues so the team can focus on their duties. Report progress of the project at regular intervals to the sponsors and program steering committee. Oversee day-to-day operations. Evaluate project performance. What will make you successful in this role? Excellent communication skills. Experience with Atlassian tools. Agile methodology, overall, Scrum. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in managing time and resources. Detail-oriented. Proven leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time. Respect and understanding of cultural diversities across the area of responsibility. Experience in a pharmaceutical environment is valuable. Team player with negotiation skills. Language skills: English (fluent), German (helpful). SCHEDULE: 08:00/09:00 - 17:00/18:00 from Monday to Friday (flexible). 1 day of office work | 4 days remote.
