Projects are expected to meet the desired business objectives, be delivered on time, and within budget. Regardless of your role or title.Experience 5 - 10 years of relevant project management experience in an international environment.Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics, with good judgment and ability to manage competing priorities.Certification in an internationally recognized project management methodology is preferable.Technical expertise or specialization in at least one area relevant to the type of projects run within Intrum's IT organization. This can include for example infrastructure, contact center, ERP and standard software packages or IT governance.Significant experience in managing projects which consist of agile components as well as more traditional project activities.Good understanding of the fundamentals of software development processes and procedures, as well as implementation of COTS software.Job responsibilities Run projects where a large part of the delivery is related to IT. The project manager can be responsible for a project from initiation, through establishment of the project, execution, all the way to final delivery and handover to operations.Maintain financial control over the project, including all its activities and suppliers, create budget for the project and track delivery against the budget.Utilize global Intrum resources in projects as well as external resources or teams.Manage and present project status, progress, and risks to senior stakeholders
