Context and Role summaryThe "CTO Office" Domain is part of the Corporate & Institutional Banking Information Technology & Operations (CIB ITO) of BNP Paribas. Within this domain, "IT Project Management Office" has a relevant role managing the IT projects that fall on the Madrid IT platform scope : EMEA.III.Position - Tasks & Key Responsibilities* Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of IT projects on time within budget, within scope and within the BNPP Group IT Project Management Framework procedures and rules. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of project* Coordinate resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of IT projects* Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Fulfil the "Project Form" for each assigned Project* Meet with Project Sponsors and Initiators to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project* Ensure resource availability and allocation* Delegate project tasks based on staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels* Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, identify milestones and track progress* Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.* Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule* Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques* Report and escalate to management as needed* Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps according to Project needs
