To succeed in this role, you recognize yourself in below:A proven track record of at least 2-5 years in business and digital development, for example related to AI, Infrastructure, ERP, ITSM or CRM.A natural team player with excellent communication and facilitation skills.Empathy for both customers and stakeholders.Interest in or expertise with Service Now and ITSM is considered a plus.Working proficiency in English and Swedish is a must.A good dose of humor.We would like to hear from you!
