The IT Project Manager III helps execute solutions and adapts style to the business style of stakeholders and areas of the business.
Individual builds positive, professional relationships within domain/discipline.Major ResponsibilitiesLeads medium sized projects from end to end while ensuring stakeholder alignment along the way.Provides feedback on product strategy for single domain/discipline.Responds to business needs and is responsible for project execution.Tracks and measures project benefits.Contributor to Best Practices Team of all the IT Project Managers in the organization.Comfortable developing and presenting to project leadership team.Holds project team accountable, ensuring project team has a clear understanding of goals and timelines.Works with other project managers and team members to analyze problems (people, structures, processes, and technology).Engages and inspires others to commit to the work.Celebrates successes and recognizes other team members.Delivers feedback to improve the performance of the project team.Incumbent AttributesEducation: Bachelor's degree (Information Technology/Computer Science) or its equivalent in a related field is typically preferred.Years of experience: 5+ years of related professional work experience may be preferred to complete all essential job functions.Other unique job-relevant attributes:Experience managing projects with budget of $1M.Exposure to agile/lean methodologies.PMI-PMP preferred.Project management experience in information technology or technical field.Ability to work in diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate.Excellent analytical, interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills.Communication SkillsThe foundation of incumbent's success includes their attention to detail and listening to requirements.
They are great at keeping everyone in the loop and are skilled with today's communication technologies.
