WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR JOB As an IT Project Manager, your goal will be to manage Technology Projects within the Risk Admission Area. This involves leading squads, gathering requirements, managing the business, project planning, and budget control. You will need to coordinate business, operations, development, DevOps, and testing teams, as well as maintain necessary interrelations with other domains involved in the projects.
To achieve this, we need someone with strategic vision, relevant technical experience, in-depth knowledge of Santander Spain's systems and processes, and an understanding of the internal dynamics of defining and implementing technological initiatives. You should be business-oriented, capable of engaging with various units towards a common goal, focused on execution and results, with problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. If you are proactive, responsible, self-demanding, and eager to learn and work in a team, this position is for you.
Responsibilities: Manage the execution budget (MDV, Systems Plan, European Projects, etc.)Coordinate all squad ceremonies: daily, weekly.Review codes of different developments.Lead technology squads, elaboration, domains, and other collaborators.Prioritize and coordinate all transformation initiatives and continuous improvement of the process to achieve efficient management of time and budget.#J-18808-Ljbffr
