Position summary: Responsible for planning and executing IT projects, including managing project resources, communicating with stakeholders, and adapting to changes within project timelines and scope throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Partner with other departments like operations and lab support in supporting ongoing activities such as business process improvements, audits, and vendor coordination.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and implement IT solutions, including application modernization, support and maintenance of existing applications, and infrastructure implementation. Gather business requirements and define the scope of work and project deliverables. Identify the work required to achieve project deliverables and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Prepare plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources required to complete activities. Organize and facilitate project planning, meetings, and reviews, ensuring accountability for implementation. Set up governance to track project progress and report status. Identify, plan, and manage project resources and stakeholders. Communicate effectively and proactively with all stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks and issues. Plan and manage project scope, timeline, resources, and quality. Demonstrate accountability in delivering projects according to client needs and timelines. Assess and document current processes/systems and identify improvement opportunities. Adjust work hours as needed to meet client deadlines. Manage and support inspections and audits performed by internal and/or external customers and authorities. Guide and support audit remediation and control gap closure activities. Conduct vendor audits and assessments. Promote the company vision. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality. Apply GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate. Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Provide cross-functional support to other departments as required. Adhere to site environmental health and safety (EHS) requirements. Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ): To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education/Experience (BMQ): Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Information Technology. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in IT Project Management. Minimum of 3 years working in development projects. Minimum of 3 years working with cross-functional IT projects. Previous experience managing international customers/projects. High level of English communication skills (concise writing and oral communication). Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies related to release and quality management. Experience in using Agile/SCRUM. Experience with application lifecycle management tools like TFS, DevOps, or JIRA. Good understanding of ITIL. Knowledge of SharePoint. Experience in project managing web applications and/or ERP projects is appreciated. Additional Preferences: PMP Certification. Certified Scrum Master. Supervisory Responsibility: Ability to define objectives for direct reports. Ability to perform performance reviews. Ability to identify personal development opportunities for direct reports and mentor them. Ability and/or Skills (BMQ): Ability to prepare executive dashboards and reports and present them to senior management. Excellent organizational and people management skills.
