This will include managing project resources, communication with stakeholders, and defining and adapting to changes within project timelines and scope throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.Partner with other departments like operations and lab support in supporting ongoing activities like business process improvements, audits, vendor coordination, etc.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible to manage and implement IT Solutions, including application modernization, and support and maintenance of existing applications, and infrastructure implementation.Gathers business requirements and based on those, defines the scope of the work and project deliverables.Identifies the work required to achieve project deliverables within the team in addition to cross-functional/team coordination(s) wherever necessary.Prepares plans, including timelines, milestones and resources required to complete activities.Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other agile project related meetings.Set up governance to track project progress and report the status.Identifies, plans and manages project resources and stakeholders.Plans and effectively communicates with all the stakeholders.Proactively identifies and manages project risks and issues.Plans and manages project scope, timeline, resources and quality
