About us:We are a multinational Company, specializing in energy resources around the world.Duties & responsabilities:Relationship with the Business, specifically with the Finance Function:Maintain a continuous and fluid relationship with those responsible for the Business, collaborating in the identification, proposal and negotiation of new initiatives.Represent the IT function before the Business, explaining IT services and facilitating and promoting their adoption.Collaborate in the identification of possible synergies with other functions of the Business.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in financial processes.Design and execute change management strategies to ensure the adoption of new systems and processes.Provide training and create comprehensive documentation on financial systems and processes.Support the business during the budgeting phase.Demand management:Support in the conceptualisation of new initiatives, with focus on clarity of Business processes, Business Case development and identification of expected value.Identify and lead new projects, ensuring compliance with IT Demand Management methodologies, from conception to implementation, including planning, budgeting and coordination of teams or external suppliers.
Compliance with defined deadlines, quality standards and scope.Identify business needs, prioritise requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.Supervise and follow up the global status of ongoing projects, detecting and correcting possible deviations.Ensure project visibility, benefits realisation and business case delivery, aligned with success criteria.Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs to measure project success.Evolution of Information Systems related to the Finance Function:Analyse financial systems roadmaps and propose improvement plans aligned with organisational objectives.Identify and manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers of market-leading solutions.Maintain updated and parameterised Information Systems according to best practices, in constant collaboration with all IT areas.Evaluate and recommend technological solutions that improve financial functional processes.Planning and Budgeting:- Develop and maintain a strategic and tactical plan aligned with MAXAM's strategic objectives and challenges.- Establish and control the budget for projects and services delivered to the Finance Function.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
A Master's or MBA degree would be an asset.4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the IT area.High level of English (C1).Experience in financial and ERP processes such as SAP, Oracle eBS, specifically those related to Controlling, Accounting, Budgeting, Product Costing, etc.Experience in global ERP implementation projects.
