Responsibilities: This is a Project Manager for the delivery team in India.
The incumbent shall execute and maintain project management processes and disciplines in the areas of: Management of project timelines and risk and issue mitigation Management of human resources Management of cost control, quality assurance, and communication oversight The daily responsibilities are to: Collaborate closely with Product Delivery Managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to enhance user experience and optimize application performance through collective efforts.

Collect, prioritize, and document requirements b aligned with business objectives Forecast customer requirements and acquire industry insights into product development In charge of ensuring the quality of innovative solutions and achieving the business vision Foster an innovative culture by motivating team members to explore and advocate new methods and ideas aimed at enhancing product features Collaborating with clients to discuss requirements and provide status updates Leads and facilitates all scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
Requirements: 4 years of relevant project management experience required.
Engaging with clients to comprehend their needs and requirements Drafting Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) documents Providing recommendations for technology frameworks and drafting solution definition documents Planning, executing, and overseeing the complete software development lifecycle Coordinating and overseeing all project stages to achieve timely completion Collaborate closely with teams responsible for development, design, and quality assurance Partner with stakeholders to outline and articulate definitive deliverables that outline the path forward Empower team members with clear roles and responsibilities to drive our shared vision forward Leads and mentors the Scrum Team, promoting the use of Agile practices and principles to consistently deliver excellent products and services to our customers Leads the advancement and improvement of Agile methodologies within the organization Fluent in Japanese language (speaking, as well as reading and writing kanji) Able to translate English to Japanese and vice versa Very good communication skills; analytical and creative problem-solving skills JLPT N1-N3 certification is preferred Type of Employment: Contractor (gyomuitaku) / Fixed Term Employment (keiyakushain) / Remote
