We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team at our facility in Asturias, Spain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Key requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 4-6 years of experience in IT project management, and proven working experience in project management (Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred). Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies (SaaS and PaaS). Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce would be ideal. Language Skills: Proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong familiarity with project management software tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc), methodologies, and best practices.
