Your roleAs an IT Project Manager specializing in HR projects, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering technology-driven solutions to support our human resources initiatives from IT Department. You will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to ensure that projects align with business objectives and enhance the overall employee experience
Responsabilities: Project Planning: Develop project plans tailored to HR initiatives, such as employee onboarding, performance management systems, HRIS implementations, and talent acquisition tools.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR leaders and other stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize projects, and define success criteria.Vendor Management: Evaluate and select external vendors or software solutions that meet HR needs, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Integration Management: Coordinate integration efforts between HR systems and other business applications to ensure seamless data flow and optimal functionality.Change Management: Facilitate change management activities to support the adoption of new HR technologies and processes, including communication plans, training programs, and user support.Compliance and Security: Ensure that HR systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and meet security standards to protect sensitive employee data.Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing procedures to verify the accuracy, reliability, and usability of HR systems, resolving any issues or discrepancies as they arise.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with HR projects, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.Reporting and Analytics: Collaborating on definition key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of HR initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to HR leadership and other stakeholders.Continuous Improvement: Monitor industry trends and best practices in HR technology, recommending innovative solutions and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR technology operations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience managing IT projects with a focus on HR systems and processes. It is mandatory to have deeply experience in Oracle HCM solution. Strong understanding of HR technical areas, such as payroll, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Oracle HCM), applicant tracking systems (ATS), performance management tools, and other HR technologies. Experience in technical integrations.
