.IT Project ManagerFull-timeCompany DescriptionAr?s is a fully independent group of companies specialized in managing complex IT projects and systems for large organisations, focusing on state-of-the-art software development, digital trust, cloud, data science, mobile development, machine learning and infrastructure services.We are composed of 16 entities across 8 countries worldwide that are unified by the Ar?s Group, with more than 2500 consultants.This corporate structure enables us to respond quickly to market changes and customer requests, and to communicate and make decisions without layers of bureaucracy.Established in 2016, the Greek entity Ar?s Developments Hellas aims to extend Ar?s Group activities dedicated to the European market providing high-quality services in Software Development, covering the entire application development lifecycle.Job DescriptionBe up to date on all the projects and tools which are implemented or are under implementation within the Office's Cooperation Service.Manage projects to support the Office's actions in IP offices.Ensure the project helps to support the organisation's wider goals.Develop and manage a detailed project schedule, identify key milestones, and outline budget-ensuring compliance with agreed tolerances (time, cost, benefits, risks, quality and scope).Identify dependencies in the life cycle of the projects and interdependencies with other projects implemented at the same time.Manage budget execution of the projects, monitoring the expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the project progresses.Give proposals for project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, follow up and organisation.Guide the team in charge of project activities and review their deliverables.Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings.Maintain stakeholder engagement and communication.Estimate costs and timescales for the successful completion of each project to agreed terms of reference.Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and track activities against the plan and provide regular and accurate reports.Monitor costs, timescales and resources used, and take corrective actions where these deviate from agreed tolerances. Ensure that delivered systems and / or projects are implemented within these criteria.Manage the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors.Provide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experienceQualificationsMinimum 8 years of professional experienceMinimum 4 years of experience in project management with a project management methodology (e.G. Prince2 or equivalent) in IT software development
