To succeed in this role, you recognize yourself in below: A proven track record of at least 2-5 years in business and digital development, for example related to AI, Infrastructure, ERP, ITSM or CRM.
A natural team player with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Empathy for both customers and stakeholders.
Interest in or expertise with ServiceNow and ITSM is considered a plus.
Working proficiency in English and Danish is a must.
A good dose of humor.
