As an IT Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will augment a high-profile team of business analysts, solution architects, and developers working on key applications and strategic projects. You will be the point of contact for key applications, manage and coordinate releases, define and plan sprints, coordinate and manage communications with the community, analyze and prioritize business requirements, translate them into solution requirements, and ensure their implementation at the highest quality level throughout the lifecycle.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Create and coordinate release plans (in alignment with other related applications)Point of contact for developers and regular alignment meetings with supplier project managerOrganize and moderate steering committee meetingsCoordinate and plan various environments (Prod, UAT, SIT, etc.) activities (e.g., deployments, communications, outages, disaster recoveries, certificate renewals)Support audit controls and administration tasks for several toolsResponsible for various system documentationPlan, conduct/facilitate elicitation sessions for business requirements gathering with subject matter experts and end usersProduce requirement specifications and outlines solution design documents throughout the project lifecycleContribute to business cases, including cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope definition, and development of a high-level scheduleSupport data mapping, transformation, and aggregation to prepare data for tool integrations to ensure consistent flow of data from source systems to target systemsParticipate in the development of test plans, testing, implementation, and training activitiesParticipate in production support & maintenance activities associated with core International Programs platforms and applicationsWhat do we need?
Proven experience as Project Manager and Business Analyst, ideally in international projects with a clear solution and delivery mindsetSound knowledge of the industry; ideally, Commercial Insurance is an advantageSound experience in capturing complex business and data requirements, analyzing them, and translating them into easily understandable functional requirementsCompetence and experience in conceptualizing solutions, with in-depth, strong problem-solving analytical skillsExperience working in an agile delivery environment, feeling comfortable in complex international project setups, and able to work under pressure in a multi-vendor and multi-cultural setupExperience in application testing and supporting/organizing user acceptance testingA bachelor's degree or comparable qualification, preferably in IT, business information, or equivalent3 to 5 years of working experience as Project Manager or Business AnalystBalanced mix of business acumen as well as affinity to technologies, interfaces, systems, and data and its structuresAdvanced English language skillsTipo de contrato: Permanente
