With a sound development pipeline, first-class assets, and market-leading operating capacity, EDPR has undergone exceptional development in recent years and is currently present in 28 markets.MISSIONThe Digital area is the digital acceleration enabler for the entire EDPR organization, aiming to increase the level of Digital maturity in the organization to enable and accelerate EDPR business ambitions.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESSupports the digital strategy, common to the entire EDPR organization.Works closely with the ecosystem of digital partners.Collaborates on promoting and accelerating projects that create value for the business.Follows closely the Digital roadmap, its governance, and key stakeholders to ensure business goals.Supports and sponsors a Digital Culture throughout the EDPR organization.Promotes agile, flexible, collaborative, and inclusive working methods.Responsible for managing virtual communities and organizing training on new tools and methods.Develops digital products for EDPR, reducing their time-to-market using design thinking principles and agile methodology.Acts as an assembly line for digital products, helping to accelerate the EDPR digital transformation journey.REQUIRED PROFILEACADEMIC LEVEL: Degree from a top University.REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years in IT, Program Management, Project Management, or Product Management.SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of communication and collaboration tools; strong Microsoft Office skills; experience in Jira Confluence.LANGUAGES: Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese and other languages appreciated.SKILLS / COMPETENCES: Strong communication skills; program and project management skills; agile methodology skills; ability to adapt to changes in priorities; self-motivated; flexibility to support all relevant actions of the department; multidisciplinary teams coordination; control and monitor SLA contracts.EDPR values diversity and inclusion as strengths in our practices.
