It Program Planner - [H-909]

We are looking for a IT Program Planner who will offer service to a multinational pharmaceutical company.
SKILLS: MS Project - advanced skills required.
Creating/maintaining complex Program Plans.
Managing projects.
Working in a Program Office environment.
TASKS: Responsible for integrated planning and monitoring of the program and its projects to ensure that the Project Managers are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
Contributes to proposal and planning documentation, including the Program Contract (Blueprint) and possibly a Program Governance Project Contract and Business Case.
Manage risks, issues and actions, and resource allocation.
Preparing and analyzing financial data such as budget, forecast, and actual cost.
Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
Quality assures P360 (MS Project and UMT Tool) data is correct and the system is used effectively by the Project Managers.
Works with Communications Lead to ensure all key stakeholders are informed of planning topics such as milestones, changes, risks, etc.
Performs general document management tasks to ensure maintenance of the program Shareroom site and project sites.
SCHEDULE: 08h-17h from Monday to Friday (flexible).
Currently: 2 days of office work | 3 days remote.
