We are looking for a IT Professional / Helpdesk who wants to consolidate a career being a part of a leading in vitro diagnostic company that has been growing enormously during the last 15 years. As an expert professional in your area, you will be joining our Iberia team near Barcelona.
In this role you will: Ensures the correct functioning of the IT infrastructure.Detects and executes changes in the IT infrastructureEnsures the necessary material, documentation, and toolsSupports employees with local IT systems and acts as an intermediary and single point of contact for HQ IT systems.Provides courses and documentation for IT training of employeesManage cases using a ticketing tool.Responsible for resolving problems within their competence or delegating/escalating them to the appropriate party, within the established deadline.Interprets and applies work instructions, helping in their continuous improvement.What you need to be successful: FP in IT / Computer Engineering / Electronics and/or equivalent experience in the IVD businessLanguages: fluent Spanish and English / Portuguese desiredCertifications and courses in IT Systems2 – 4 years of experience in IT Systems administration and support: Office 365, Hyper-V, Business Intelligence: SQL, Power BI, Network & Security, Monitoring system, Online PBX.1 – 3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk management and ticket managementWhat's in it for you?
