The Company: Our customer is a multinational that operates all over the world for more than 60 years and is one of the leading producers of food products. They will hire the selected candidate as an internal and permanent employee.
Description of the position: They are looking for a Product Owner Make-to Demand who ensures that business areas requirements are translated into appropriate IT services.
Working Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in relationship with customers in the IT environment.Experience in SAP projects and business processes (PP, PM, QM modules) (SAP 4/HANA would be an advantage).Skilled in implementation, customization and maintenance of mentioned modules.Experience in project and budget management and in the coordination of work teams.Knowledge of the IT technical operational environment, technology and systems.Key Responsibilities: Applications operations: SLA delivery, OPEX/CAPEX management.Area projects management.Ensure quality of IT applications.Establish Roadmap (business and IT) of the corresponding area application portfolio.Build business relations with relevant business stakeholders.Mandatory skills: Leadership skills in projects within IT department.Ability for organization, planning and control of work with little supervision.Ability to handle meetings – organizing, chairing, and documenting - and ensuring that actions are followed up.High-level communication and presentation skills with capability to interact at the different levels within the organization.Service oriented – able to build relationships and be responsive to customers & stakeholders at appropriate levels.Ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into solution requirements and specific actions.Management skills and results orientation.Advisory skills with ability to influence in the customers and users.Highly adaptable to changing needs and priorities of the organization.Ability to manage conflict.Good (active) listening with high-level of empathy.Languages: English: B2 intermediate.
Job location: Madrid. European Union citizen; otherwise, a valid job permit is mandatory. Willing to travel.
Salary: A very competitive salary package.
Working from home: Up to 3 days per week remote work allowed.
