We are a flexible and fast adapting team currently working remotely most of the time.Mission and Responsibilities:The Technical Product Owner leads and owns the development and performance of a specific IT product throughout its entire lifecycle: analysis, monitoring, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include:Directing development squad teams and supporting the creation of user stories in line with business product owner peers.Coordinating testing activities and approving release plans.Ensuring compliance and adherence to optimum technical quality & performance standards.Translating finance and accounting user stories into detailed technical requirements.Supporting stakeholders to prioritize user stories and managing incidents/defects.Facilitating critical dependencies management within the IT product.Coordinating and executing acceptance tests based on acceptance criteria.Updating the delivery team in case of business changes.Analyzing and reporting delivery, progress, risks, and opportunities.Managing technical debt with the support of SW Technical leads.To be successful in the role you must have:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications or Finance enriched with technical knowledge. 3 or more years of hands-on experience implementing IT banking projects, particularly Corebanking, Accounting Systems or Account Payable/Receivable solutions and 5 or more years of experience in Information Technology. Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs related to Accounting and Financials. Relevant technical knowledge and ability to communicate complex issues effectively. Experience with Data Query Languages (SQL, Presto) and familiarity with AWS, SAP or Temenos Transact is highly valued.
