This role requires a deep understanding of eMarketplace platforms, particularly Amazon, and the ability to drive innovation and growth in these areas. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, software engineers, and data analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects that drive operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.What you'll doDevelop and execute a comprehensive AdTech strategy for our business on Amazon, with a specific focus on leveraging Amazon Marketing Cloud to enhance advertising campaigns and drive revenue growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain and IT, to define and prioritize requirements for AdTech projects on Amazon, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.Serve as the primary point of contact for all Amazon-related AdTech initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful execution.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in AdTech on Amazon, and incorporate these insights into our strategy.Define and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AdTech projects on Amazon, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.Work closely with IT development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of projects.Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the development and implementation phases.Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting on advertising campaigns on Amazon, leveraging Amazon Marketing Cloud to optimize performance and drive results.Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Digital Shelf, Amazon Advertising, Content, Consumer CRM and Audiences and share knowledge with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines, maintaining a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations.We offer youWe offer more than just a job. Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on AdTech and experience working with Amazon Marketing Cloud.Strong understanding of Amazon's advertising platform, including Amazon Marketing Cloud, with a track record of successful AdTech initiatives on the platform.Solid experience in delivering Data, Analytics and AI Enabled Capabilities.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize advertising campaigns.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results.Knowledge of agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is a plus.Familiarity with other AdTech platforms and tools, such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads, is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.About NestléWe are Nestlé, the largest food and beverage company in the world, with a presence in more than 185 countries.
