Followingpredefined general standards of practice carries out planned necessaryinterventions to implement solution, including installing, upgrading ordecommissioning.Acts systematically to identify compatibility of software and hardwarespecifications. Documents all activities during installation and recordsdeviations and remedial activities.Developing IAM features according to organizational needs.Ensures the integrity of IAM data by securing hardware (backupprocedures, data recovery, logging, post-incident start-up, etc.) andelectronic information (confidentiality, access)Performing IAM maintenance, upgrading hardware and software.Documenting processes and complying with best practices in IAM.Systematically interprets user problems identifying the solutions andpossible side effects. Uses experience to identifying users' problems. Thisrole is a technical coordinator between project Managers and developers'technical support teams.Implements and provides guidance for the evolution of a IAM solutions.Efficiently controls and schedules software or hardware modifications toprevent multiple upgrades creating unpredictable outcomes.Ensures the integrity of the system by controlling the functional updates,software or hardware additions and maintenance activities followingcompliance with budget requirements.Takes proactive steps to ensure a stable and secure IAM infrastructure.Systematically analyses performance data and communicates findings.Track's reliability data against service level agreement driving diagnostictests and evaluating performance metrics.Protecting data by developing data security and restoration policies,procedures, and controls. Implements information security policy regardingIAM ensures that security risks are analysed and managed with respect toenterprise data and information.
