IT Product Delivery Manager for IAM (Identity and Access Management) We are looking for a highly capable IAM Product Delivery Manager to enhance the performance of our organization.
To ensure success as an IAM Product Delivery Manager, you should possess extensive knowledge of IAM products and experience in a similar role.
Main Responsibilities:Sets the operating standards and best practices for IAM.
Following predefined general standards of practice, carries out planned necessary interventions to implement solutions, including installing, upgrading, or decommissioning.Acts systematically to identify compatibility of software and hardware specifications.
Documents all activities during installation and records deviations and remedial activities.Develops IAM features according to organizational needs.Ensures the integrity of IAM data by securing hardware (backup procedures, data recovery, logging, post-incident start-up, etc.)
and electronic information (confidentiality, access).Performs IAM maintenance, upgrading hardware and software.
Documents processes and complies with best practices in IAM.Systematically interprets user problems, identifying solutions and possible side effects.
Uses experience to identify users' problems.
This role serves as a technical coordinator between project managers and developers' technical support teams.Implements and provides guidance for the evolution of IAM solutions.
Efficiently controls and schedules software or hardware modifications to prevent multiple upgrades creating unpredictable outcomes.Ensures the integrity of the system by controlling functional updates, software or hardware additions, and maintenance activities, following compliance with budget requirements.Takes proactive steps to ensure a stable and secure IAM infrastructure.
Systematically analyses performance data and communicates findings.
Tracks reliability data against service level agreements, driving diagnostic tests and evaluating performance metrics.Protects data by developing data security and restoration policies, procedures, and controls.
Implements information security policy regarding IAM and ensures that security risks are analyzed and managed with respect to enterprise data and information.
Reviews security incidents and makes recommendations for continuous security enhancement.Keeps up to date with developments and trends in IAM.Required IAM Products Experience:Microsoft Active Directory 2012, 2016, 2019Solid knowledge for recovering Active Directory ForestSolid knowledge on Active Directory Security topics: Protocols, bastion, etc.GPO's creation and managementActive Roles Servers – roles management, permission assignment, tasks, and dynamic groups.
