In one sentenceWe're seeking a strategic thinking leader to bridge the gap between Sales Operations and Procurement. Support the achievement of Amdocs Partners sales & business goals by planning, organizing & lead procurement to sales lifecycle based on company's selling methodology, processes, and procedures.What will your job look like?Strategic Planning - Provide divisional planning and support in the areas of strategy development, annual AOP, quarterly business reviews, pipeline review and ad-hoc business inquiries.Drive strategic internal planning processes and reporting, including AOP, deep dives with management and so on.Sales cycle support- Lead new end to end Procurement to sales lifecycles with the Sales Director starting from partner's quotes collection, through proposal generation to awarding.Purchase to pay monitoring- Manage Purchase to pay cycle from PR / PO issuance to B2B Customer's collection and payments to vendors.New partners onboarding- Engage new partner, drive technical aspects of Due Diligence, partners onboarding to SAP and other required onboarding tasks.Support negotiation and signatory process for contracts with Partners and CustomersBusiness growth- Support an Increase of new business and potential opportunities, accelerate closure of existing pipeline.Sales operations ownership- Drive an execution of internal Amdocs sales opportunities, including Salesforce utilization, pipeline management and planning at the account.Provide reports and operational structure for reviews at the pipeline and deal levels.All you need is...5+ years' experience with leadership in IT procurement or sales operationsSolid knowledge of IT procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management.Proven experience in IT purchase-to-pay process and collecting.Demonstrated experience in reviewing and analyzing services / IT contracts, identifying potential risks, and ensuring compliance.Proven ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and partners to secure the best possible contract terms.Looking for a solid understanding of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to opportunity management and closing deals.Experience in technology or telecom industry will be an assetBonus Skills :Experience in developing Sales Enablement programs.Driving Territory, Account, and Opportunity plans.Communicating & executing sales methodologies for divisional goals.Presenting at the executive level.Setting sales booking goals with the Sales Director.Thriving in a complex, collaborative environment.Qualifications :Bachelor's degree (LLB, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Technologies) - mandatoryWhy you will love this job :You will analyse the statistical data and bring value in showing trends across divisions, geographies, and so on.
