Our 97,000 employees operate a network of 2,650 offices and laboratories, working together to enable a better, safer and more interconnected world.Job Description:Primary Responsibilities:The objective is to ensure effective execution of the Procure to Pay process for Corporate IT in alignment with Global Procurement policies and procedures.Support simplification and automation of activities in the CIO Office through the use of digital tools.Communicate effectively with different levels of management and build collaborative relationships.Exhibit strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.Possess analytical and problem-solving skills critical to the success of the role.Be tech-savvy and eager to learn.Specific Responsibilities:Manage the Procure to Pay process for Corporate IT.Ensure the process of procure to pay is clear and simplified for users.Provide guidance and training regularly to keep all users informed about the procure to pay process.Ensure alignment of the procure to pay process with Global Procurement Policies and Procedures.Create Purchase Requisitions in the ERP system.Manage invoices in alignment with requestor validations.Proactively coordinate with IT Category Managers to ensure efficient collaboration between Source to Contract (Procurement) and Procure to Pay (IT Managed) processes.Become a key user for all tools used by the CIO Office to deliver our services.Look for opportunities to simplify and automate our processes through the use of digital tools.Qualifications:Technical Training, General Business or Information Technology or University Degree.Proficient with MS Office and programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.Educational learning or training in Procurement processes.Required Skills:Develop your own network internally within SGS.Customer-oriented with a consultative approach to developing relationships with internal stakeholders.Ability to work in a decentralized and matrix-based organization.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Fluent in English; other languages are a benefit.Apply judgment and act according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity.Additional Information: We can't support with visa sponsorship or relocation.
