WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? At least 2 years of experience as a Technical ITSM Problem Manager or in similar roles.Proficiency with ITIL frameworks and related ITSM software.Experience with incident and problem management processes.Experience with root cause analysis.English and Spanish Fluent. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Identify and analyze problems within IT services and infrastructure.Assess the impact and urgency of issues to prioritize resolution efforts.Plan and manage problem resolution processes, ensuring root cause analysis and permanent solutions.Collaborate with technical teams to implement and document problem resolutions.Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve ITSM processes and reduce future incidents.
