Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively recommend appropriate solutions.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with the projects, work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure successful project delivery.Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to C-level members, providing insights into project status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall project health.Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and improve project outcomes.
