Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively recommend appropriate solutions.Risk Management : Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with the projects, work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure successful project delivery.Stakeholder Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports to C-level members, providing insights into project status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall project health.Process Improvement : Continuously review and enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and improve project outcomes.
