Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or Computer Science is mandatory.
Demonstrable experience of 2 years in a similar position (L2).
Experience in banking business and operations will be valued.
Experience and capacity to automate IT processes.
Ability to work as part of global, distributed, multicultural, and multidisciplinary teams.
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish is a must.
Strong analytic talent and initiative to provide out-of-the-box solutions.
Leadership skills.
Ability to identify improvements and optimization inside standard processes.
Excellent communication skills.
