How to contribute to our vision As an IT Operations in Production Planning and Quality Management you are-
Responsible for IT Operations for production planning and quality management applications like O9, Proceedix.
Accountable for IT Service Agreements with suppliers.
You are responsible for fulfillment of service requirements and service levels committed to Siemens Gamesa business.
You contribute to planning, design and implementing of the operational and maintenance environment for IT application or infrastructure landscapes.
Facilitate partnership collaboration with IT Service Providers.
Clarify issues/cases as a first escalation point.
Advice accountable management in all IT operation and maintenance related issues within your area.
Review and monitor the performance of the Service Providers based on the SLA and KPIs.
Facilitate and govern status and management reporting towards stakeholders (i.e. IT and business stakeholders)
Implement procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety in IT Operations.
Review, govern and facilitate application controls. This includes also periodical spot checks of controls to secure correctly documented and lived on day-to-day basis.
Facilitate IT internal reviews and quality pre-checks of control documentation before submitting.
Govern Handover documentation from IT Project to IT Operations .
Keeps abreast of developments in industry best practices regarding IT operations and maintenance.
Review license usage to ensure license compliance. Forecast license usage in collaboration with IT and business.
Budget responsible for the IT Service Operations (including supporting IT Services) for planning, forecasting, and monitoring of cost consumptions.

Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning and/or quality management IT services.
Minimum 10 years of experience within IT, preferable in IT operations.
Passionate to drive and deliver high quality.
Fluent in English
Strong communication and relationship-building skills enable them to effectively engage with stakeholders across the organization.
Significant expertise to effectively manage and leverage external partners and their expertise and resources.
Proactive mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains.
Strong capabilities in technical documentation to ensure necessary content is documented correctly and understandable, also for less technical skilled people.
