Support to the central and IT teams in the definition of processes, testing, implementation and start-ups.
Carrying out training in processes, IT and continuous improvement for all staff at the center in those corporate tools that affect them (Mainly ERP/CRM/HCM).
Promote all projects with involvement in corporate tools, mobilizing the center and supporting all central departments that need their collaboration.
Lead center projects and transfer information to the central department as required.How would your every day look:Intervene and participate in the implementation of CGL strategic projects.Work hand in hand with the company's transversal departments (IT, administration, HR, purchasing) to carry out implementations, process definitions and support in the start of new operations in your center.Define/supervise training and deployment programs in the network of centers in the French operations area regarding corporate tools.Pilot or participate in deployments of new processes and training reinforcements in the network of centers in the area of operations.Develop and standardize processes within the logistics center.Guarantee process audits in the network of centers in the operations.What would you need:Analytical and communication skillsUnderstanding of complex processesAdvanced use of ExcelResults orientationHigh decision-making capacityOriented towards teamworkAbility to manage multiple projects at the same timeExperience in managing operational teamsIntegrity and responsibilityKnowledge of SQL is desirableKnowledge of Salesforce and Business Central is desirableKnowledge of LEAN or continuous improvement culture is desirableRequirements:Experience: More than 4 years of experience in operations, experience in logistics will be a plus.Education: Engineering, Business Administration and studies in Project Management will be a plus.Languages: French and Spanish.Ask us about our client Benefits !
