We are seeking an experienced IT Operation Manager to manage a wide range of IT projects related to system administration, security, and network infrastructure.
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate time zone differences is essential.
Responsibilities Project Management & IT Operations Lead and coordinate multiple IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery and effective collaboration with external vendors and consultants (mainly US-based).
Oversee system administration tasks such as hardware/software deployment, network upgrades, and security policy implementation.
Forecast, plan, and execute the acquisition of new hardware, software, and other IT assets.
Help Desk Conduct Tier 2 and Tier 3 local administrative support to user workstations, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems.
Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Provide guidance to Tier 1 support staff as needed.
System & Network Administration Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune, ensuring compliance with security protocols and company policies.
Monitor the performance of network infrastructure, backups, and disaster recovery systems .
Ensure proper onboarding and offboarding of users, managing user profiles, access controls, and device configurations (Windows and mobile).
Cybersecurity & Compliance Develop and implement security strategies, ensuring company-wide adherence to internal and external cybersecurity policies.
Conduct periodic reviews of system vulnerabilities and work with external teams to improve overall security posture.
Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed documentation of projects, user requests, troubleshooting, and solutions, ensuring transparency and accessibility.
Provide reports on system performance, project progress, and security compliance to senior management.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT project management / administration, with a strong focus on technical troubleshooting and systems management.
Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including user provisioning, email setup, and security settings.
Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Azure Policies, Defender for Office 365, Entra ID, and Azure Conditional Access.
Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools like PowerBI is advantageous.
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with global teams.
Proactive mindset.
IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Azure certifications) are a plus.
Fluent in English (required).
