What you will do Implement monitoring tools such as Grafana (others: Kibana, Datadog, Prometheus…) and processes to proactively monitor the health, performance, and availability of systems.
Analysis, detection and development of issue resolution Implement preventive measures and root cause analysis to avoid recurring problems.
Continuous improvement of processes through smart automation.
What you will bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, or similar education in software development.
Experience in a similar role will be a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language.
Understanding of GIT version control and processes.
Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD.
Knowledge of databases.
Knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (Phyton, Node.js, JavaScript…) for high velocity and high-volume data.
Proactive and troubleshooter mentality, attention to detail, precision and the desire to accept diverse challenges.
Analytical and decision-making skills.
