.Job descriptionFind your place at Amaris Consulting as an experienced IT Operations Analyst working in an agile and international environment, based in Barcelona.WHAT WILL YOU DO?In your role you will be taking over administrative and reporting task from the IT Architecture Team within IT Operations Services and help to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT processes.With your open and can-do attitude you will improve architecture services,governance and transparency by enhancing and automating our reporting and communication using current technologies.With your experience in stakeholder management and communication you will enable our team to answer a variety of architectural questions and improve our way on driving architecture at BI.**Accountabilities**: Maintenance and Governance of the IT Enterprise Architecture Repository including overall data quality in the area of IT OPS.Support required maintenance of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in line with regulatory requirements including support for legacy reporting and remediation activities / programs.Regular and ad-hoc reporting (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI) on a variety of architectural problem statements and KPI's including necessariy stakeholder management and data collection.Preparing meetings, presentations and reports including meeting minutes and tracking of decisions including the updates on associated MS Teams and Sharepoint sites.? WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ?Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, MS Teams, OneNote, Outlook, Sharepoint,...)Strong ability to work independently as well as in a teamAdvanced Enterprise Architecture Knowledge (e.G. TOGAF) and the concept of Capabilities.Advanced Skills in Configuration Management incl.Incident / problem managementExperience in using enterprise architecture tools (e.G.
