It Onsite Technician

As a Hemmersbach Technician, you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanour. Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd level support. Responsibilities: Help users with their problems and requests Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues Analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory Use remote support tools Minimum Requirements: 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent) Ability to build relationships Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and efficiently resolve user issues while minimizing downtime Experience in OS, Apps, and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products Strong understanding of PC components, operating systems (Windows & macOS preferred), and basic networking concepts Solid knowledge of English (B2) Be part of us: Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
