It Onsite Technician

Provide Level 2 Deskside support at one of our client's locations.
The mission has a duration of 1 or 2 months.

Minimum Requirements 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent) Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems and their deployment Experience in onsite support and using a ticketing system Experience with Google collaboration suite, GMail, Google Drive, Google Meet Experience with Print Service (MPS), configuration, and management of mobile phones (Apple and Android) through VMWare Workspace Technical level English knowledge Availability to join the project for a duration of 1-2 months Responsibilities Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to end-user devices/applications Installation of user devices and applications Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system Configure mobile devices (Apple and Android) through VMWare Workspace Asset management Join Us Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
